Mi Pro Partners are certified HVAC installation companies who share our core values of protecting and strengthening our industry. They have a proven understanding of Midea products through comprehensive on-site training and experience, and are trusted to deliver responsible, long-term product care.
Our partnership promotes a responsible standard for HVAC installation, delivering reliable solutions that benefit both installers and end users across the UK and Ireland.
Installers are supported in growing their business, securing long-term maintenance contracts, and delivering an excellent end-user experience. Partners can offer up to a 10-year warranty on all products, provided systems are registered via the Mi Care portal and serviced annually by the original Mi Pro installer, extending the warranty by 12 months each year up to 10 years. To support this, Midea offers Mi Care credit of up to £150 per system upon successful registration of the first year’s service.
